If you are in the vicinity of San Antonio, Texas you can order a
cheesecake to enjoy for the holidays at Pam's Pantry

It is located at Wurzbach and Lockhill Selma, not far from IH 10.

The crusts have pecans, sugar, butter and egg white. The filling has
Philadelphia cream cheese, and you can order either cranberry/orange, or
with a chocolate topping.

They are 10 inch cheesecakes, and sell for $22.00. If you are
interested in ordering for the holidays, please call or fax them soon.
They are closed on Sunday and Monday.

Phone is 210 492-1359 and fax is 210 492-0384.

While you are in there to pick it up, try some of their gf dishes. My
favorite is the Guadalajara Special, which is a bean and cheese
chalupa, and have them add some chicken breast. Their chips are made in
a dedicated fryer, so are safe for us to eat.

Pam and David are celiac-friendly so ask them about other suggestions too.
