Okay, here it is for everyone......(and Vance, I've tried Bob's and it's good
but I like this one even better!)

                             Nummy Bread (as originally posted)
3 2/3 cup gf flour mix (Bette's is good or any other that you prefer)
3 1/2 tsp xanthan gum
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 tlbs yeast
3 tlbs honey
1/4 cup oil
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
3 eggs
1 3/4 cup warm milk

Begin with all ingredients at room temp except for the warm milk. Mix all the
dry together. Mix wet in another bowl except for the milk. Then add the
milk and whip until well mixed.. Add wet to dry and beat until thick like a
cookie dough. Place in loaf pan, let rise in warm place until double and
bake at 400 degrees for 10 mins, cover with foil to prevent over browning and
continue to bake another 55 mins.
The gal who sent this in originally used a bread machine to make hers but
I just use my mixer and bake in the oven. I also used one pan that was an 8 x
5" plus another small one that was 5 x 3" only because since it is just
for me, I don't like to make large size loaves. Next time I intend to use
the "extra" for making some buns .
Hope you all enjoy it as much as I do...tastes are so diversified I guess
that's why there are so many different recipes... Jean
