I have been making my own bread (not by machine) for about 6 months now. It
tastes pretty good. I have a few really good recipes, they rise up nice
before baking but that is it - no rising while baking  and after I take them
out of the oven they go flat. Anyone have any suggestions to what I can do
to get the bread to rise better?
