I am doing a presentation at my sons grade 2 class re: Xmas in Germany.  Due
to nut allergies in the class I will be using a Spitz cookie recipe.  If all
else fails I will use the hint earlier this week re: white and sweet white
rice flours as substitutes.
 
I made these two years ago for my daughters grade 2 class but it was prior
to diagnosis and I had wheat flour in the house.
 
Any tested recipes out there?  Any hints.
