Hi Everyone,

I'm a listmate who has complained about hyperreactivity to any tiny amount of gluten, in the past that is. I wanted to give the info, for whatever its worth, that this hyperreactivity has left me. I don't have the very definable set of symptoms that I've had some gluten that I used to suffer. I'm even able to, now, eat out at a restaurant and not suffer those symptoms, at least not so clearly defined or extreme, as before. I suppose this has led to a bit of loosening up regarding strictness, but it feels like a much more liveable condition now.

Karen V.
