We just received the attachments for our Kitchen Aide to make 3 types of
pasta. Does anyone have a recipe for dough that will make decent pasta
through this? I tried my previous recipe and all I got was VERY small
pellets. I also tried the recipe that came with the adapters and that did
not work well either. Any help would be appreciated so we can enjoy our new
Christmas present.
