Can anyone recommend a Celiac knowledgeable doctor in the Dallas/Ft.Worth
area?  My daughter is 3 1/2 years old and has CD (confirmed w/bowel
biopsies).  The doctor that diagnosed her basically said... "follow the
gluten free diet.  That's all you can do. There is no need to come back".
He is at Dallas Children's/ UT Southwestern.  That was almost 1 1/2 years
ago.  We have some new concerns... and really feel we need to talk to
someone.
