Great news for those who don't know it yet.  I went to my local
Albertson's (San Diego) and was going to buy some of the regular Amy
products that I normally get for my son.  The Tamale Pie and Enchiladas.
 Right there next to the "regular" macaroni and cheese was the CLEARLY
labeled Gluten-Free macaroni and cheese.  I think I bought them all
except for one.  (Not a nice thing to do, I know).  I did it, because it
was there.  I couldn't believe it.  Although my son likes the vegetarian
tamale pie and enchiladas, for a night when we're rushed, it's nice for
him to have a kid kind of frozen dinner.  I tried it last night, and it
was delicious.
