I have an opportunity to eat out at a nice B&B and have spoken with the
owner about celiac. She was open to hearing my needs, but I would like
to direct her to a web site (if there is one) that has good information
for people unfamiliar with gluten sensitivity and celiac. Can anyone
direct me to something that is clear and informative but not so long
that she might not read it through? More than a restaurant card, but
less than a college course!! I think the more we can educate people the
better our chances are of having safe places to eat out. Thanks in
