Thanks for all of your replies!  Ice cream/frozen yogurt products are my
"vice" and I really want to be able to eat them!!

SUMMARY:
Breyer's all-natural ice cream (vanilla, butter pecan and others that don't
have modified food starch listed)

Haagen Daaz - H-D says their yogurt is gluten-free unless it is on the label
and that the natural flavors contain no hidden gluten.

Carvel products - all are gluten free. They can even make an ice cream cake
that's gluten free by substituting the crunchies with milk fudge #401.

Turkey Hill ice cream products - TH is very friendly to the celiac community
and if you call their 800#, their customer sales rep can send you sheets of
paper listing which of their products have gluten and which don't.  Vanilla,
marshmellow, and black cherry are gluten free... Their 800# is 800-693-2479
ext. 3.

TCBY - All soft serve varieties.

Ben and Jerry's sorbet (except lemon) - Devil's food is especially good

Some people mentioned that they had ice cream makers and that they were easy
to use.
