I just talked to a representative for the Rokeach Almond Macaroons. He
had told me last week that the Almond Macaroons were gluten-free. While
in the store today I discovered Chocolate Nut Macaroons and Rainbow
Macaroons. I called him again today and he told me that all of their
Rokeach Macaroons were gluten-free. He told me to be careful of the
Manischewitz Almond Macaroons, because they put matzo meal in theirs and
that's not gluten-free.

They only make these macaroons around Passover and that's it. He said
they are good in the can for 6 months after Passover, but will last
longer if refrigerated. My son tried the Almond Macaroons and loved
them. He couldn't stop eating them. (I loved them, too) He said matzo
meal or flour is the only flour allowed during Passover. I hope this
helps.
