          Isn't it great when you start to feel safe eating out. I've
          all but stopped going to Italian restaurants for obvious
          reasons.  Chinese and Mexican restaurants are my favorites
          these days.  When ordering Mexican food, make sure, for
          example, that the tacos are the hard shell (i.e. Taco Bell -
          a fast food chain) corn-based ones and not the wheat flour
          (soft) shells.
 
          I've also been to a few Thai resuaurants and an Indian
          restaurant, and found many menu selections that were GF.
