Hi all,

I need pork gravy for a recipe I'm preparing this week. Not surprisingly,
all brands of "regular" pork gravy at the store contained wheat, as did all
of the mix packets. My local grocery store also carries gluten-free gravies
and gravy mixes, but pork gravy was not among them.

Does anyone know of a way I can make a good gluten-free pork gravy, or if
there's a product out there that will work nicely as a substitute? Or, does
anyone know even of any gluten-free prepared pork gravies?

Any help you can provide would be much appreciated. Thanks!
