Hi All,

Just received a packet of info from the Celiac Sprue Association/USA and
their Celiac Restaurant Card lists brown sugar and guar gum as items to
avoid. Can someone explain? I thought these were ok. Is there a GF brown
sugar out there?

Confused in Wisconsin,
