Our listserv has a nasty little way of putting extra characters in our
messages, which is what made the NPR link not work for some of you. Here
is the link again - make sure you do not see the number/letter
combination 3D anywhere in the url; if you do, copy the link, paste it
into your browser, then delete the 3D and it should work...
www.npr.org/templates/story/story.php?storyId=8946558.

Alternatively, go to www.npr.org, in the search box at the top (where it
says "search npr.org") type groopman and press <go>, click on the link
for the first result (which should be "Health Care: Groopman...") and
that should get you there.

You should not have to pay or register to access this site.
