Thanks to everyone for the tremendous response.  Due to the overwhelming
number of replies, I am not the only one!   My original query asked why the
initial resurgence of energy right after I went gluten free left me?  The
theme of the answers were the same.

POSSIBLE HEALTH PROBLEMS:

Hypoglycemia (low blood sugar)
