I received some email regarding the brand of hot sauce used.  I asked
terri and she responded that she uses Franks hot sauce. which is g/f


This recipe comes from a member of our Naples Celiac Support Group,
Terri Dillion.  Her family loves it and even puts it on Baked Potatoes
Enjoy!!

1 tbs. soy sauce ( I use Bragg liquid aminos)=20
3 tbs. catsup,
 2 tbs. pancake syrup,
 1/4 tsp. hot sauce,=20
1 clove garlic smashed and chopped

mix altogether and use on any grilled meat you like.  I make lots and
lots of it.  No cooking.
