Thanks to all who wrote.  Over and over, people mentioned Heinz and Hunts, also several health food store varieties.  Apparently, my information was outdated.  Before, it was thought that vinegar was a no-no, but now they have found out that the distillation process gets out the gluten.  Hence, most catsups are fine.  The only thing might be cross-contamination, and you could call the companies to find out if that's a possibility in their facility.
