Many ppl emailed me asking how I knew it was GF since it wasn't on their
site.  I was told by the owner of a hfs in my area who's extremely
knowledgeable about GF products...she's a good friend of mine, has
exceptional product knowledge, and actually called me over to it in the
store to point it out.
