Hello folks:)

Does anyone know if there is a support group in St. Louis or have any good
restaurants you would recommend?  I have learned from a friend, from a
friend whose mother was recently diagnosed and I would like to help here in
anyway.

Any websites, GF food producers, grocery stores you might recommend?
