Hi everyone! I spoke with CArvel Ice Cream Cust Service today-They said
that all flavors excepting the obvious ones (with cruchies, for example)
are GF, as is their hot fudge, and other toppings. However, we have to
avoid thecrunchies and the sprinkles (aka jimmies). They also said that the
franchisers can make ice cream cakes for us, substituting "406, hot milk
fudge" for the crunchies usually found in the middle of their cakes. And
obnviously, no cones.
THey also said that they are involved with a Boston area Celiac
foundation-you lucky people! Any one who has ?'s, can call them
at1-800-322-4848. I spoke with Michelle, who was very helpful. See you
laater-I'm going for a sundae! :-)
