"In reply to Jennifer's post on July 11, at the GIG conference in
Winston-Salem in June, Steve Plogsted, who has a Ph.D. in pharmacology
and runs the web site www.glutenfreedrugs.com the only free drug
information site, said NO IV medications have any sort of starch in them
meaning all IV drugs are GF. Same for all inhaled products, as well as
eye drops and ear drops. No need to ask whether that stuff being
injected or used in an IV is GF.

Reported by Richard Lovegrove, Roanoke, VA, in Nashville’s
GrainWise newsletter, Summer Issue. I was there, too, and heard the
same information. That information should make you more comfortable
with your up-coming procedure.
