Cold season again and I have not done my research before I got the cold. 

I am trying to find out if the following are gluten free and keep coming up with contradictions, some say yes, some say no.  Maybe someone out there knows. 



*Any of the Zicam products.  I used the nasal swabs last year and maybe got 1-2 colds.  They worked so well but they have pulled them for recall.  :( 



*Advil Cold and Sinus 



*Tylenol Sinus Severe Congestion and Pain 



Have tried to contact the companies but haven't been able to get through all week.
