      Since her diagnosis, Tina has been a woman on a mission to help find those who have the disease, but are currently undiagnosed, as well as educate those who have been diagnosed on how to manage their disease. 
      She has engaged in diligent research and writing about these topics, producing weekly radio shows, developing gluten-free recipes and reviewing companies for celiac consumer safety. 

      When she's not working to advance the celiac cause, Tina is an award-winning children's book author known for her Danny the Dragon children's book series. Tina lives a bicoastal life -- with both East and West Coast studios and kitchens - where she continues her writing, promoting and working within the celiac and gluten-free arena, as well as writing more of her highly entertaining children's books.
