Thanks to all who responded to my frustrated venting from on board
Continental's "Starvation Special". Here is a sumamry:

Many of us have had probelms on many airlines. Only Delta was mentioned 3
times as being good about GF meals; Continental came up most often as the
worst.

Obviously the best thing to do is BYO, which I do regulalrly.

One list member had gone so far as to offer to consult for British Airways
should a question come up; they have never called him (I wonder if they have
liability concerns?)

several people also made comments tying in to the recent peanut discussion,
which I will not recap here.

Nothing new, no-one knew if CSA had contacted the airlines.
