Hi celiacphiles,

A question came up during my gallbladder inquiry: (summary coming out soon!)

.....ask why celiacs think others don't want to know.

I thought this was an interesting question. Why don't others want to know?
I was thrilled to find out that I could save my self by changing the food I
eat. Why do others not share our enthusiasm? My husband says it's like
taking the dogdish away from the dog.
The dog's answer is a growl....

Gluten free wishes,
Susan
