Two people have now told me their inhalant allergies went away after they
went gluten-free, after a while. One person said it took a few years.

i've been strictly gluten-free for 5 months, i had a couple of accidents
with other grains. My inhalant allergies have gotten worse if anything.
i have 24 skin-test allergic reactions. My allergies started when i was
20.

So how likely is it that all this would spontaneously clear up, now that
I'm not eating foods i'm intolerant to?

I'm getting allergy shots. They take time to get. They are expensive.
They make me sick, often for a day or two after the shot. I have to deal
with cranky doctors.

Laura
