USA (1471)

Please remember that this is an International List. To facilitate
understanding ingredients, we ask that everyone add their location as
part of the signature block. For example, a CompuServe e-mail address
could be in the US or Europe.

Bounced mail and errors in delivering your mail are a major handicap
to the efficient delivery of mail to all subscribers. For this reason,
when several messages are rejected by your e-mail address, it is
temporarily set to NOMAIL NOPOST to stop future errors.

NOMAIL prevents CELIAC messages from being sent to your e-mail address.
NOPOST allows the listowners to keep track of e-mail addresses that
have had errors; it doesn NOT mean that you did anything wrong. When
your mail is restored, I will catch it within a few days.

About once each week, I will send a message to all e-mail addresses in
this NOMAIL NOPOST status to inform them of the change. Many will
continue to have errors but some will get through. You can restore
your mail by sending to: [log in to unmask]

Network problems can not be controlled by the individual subscriber and
are the major reason for bounced mail. But a full disk and leaving
the List without signing off are things that you can control.

Almost every system has a limit on the number of messages that can be
stored, please check with your local providor on how to check available
disk space. For example, AOL users can handle 500 messages before they
must take a cleanup action.
