I just started on a Gluten free diet. I used to take Whole Millers
Bran daily for constipation. I am concerned about still having the
problem as I continue on the GF diet. I would like to substitute Rice
Bran for the wheat bran. I have checked the local health food stores
and they do not carry it. Where can I get Rice Bran? Mail order or
does anyone know of a store in the Clevelan/Akron, Ohio area that
might carry it?
