Hello all,

I am researching a magazine article about how to put together a wedding that
is gluten-free, and/or safe for any other allergies or sensitivities. I
managed to (mostly) do it with my own wedding, and I'm looking to interview
others who have also tried to have a gluten-free wedding, whether efforts
were succesful or not, to hear your stories. I would also love any contact
info on caterers and bakeries who offer gluten-free wedding services,
anywhere in the country, so I could interview them as well--even wedding
planners or other specialists in the wedding "biz" who have experience
planning "special needs" weddings.

Thanks in advance for your help!
