I am a coeliac with immune neutropenia - (my immune systems destroys my own
white blood cells) and my neutrophils were recently tested at 1.3 although
they used to be much much lower before I was treated for a couple of years
with Neupogen injections to stimulate my bone marrow.

Would anyone out there with this level of medical knowledge know if taking
zinc could over stimulate my immune system even further and thus (in my case
only), have an adverse effect on my white blood cells if I supplemented with
30mg daily?

Here's hoping someone can help me - don't want to damage my body further!
(I know its ok for MOST coeliacs).

Thanks in advance.

Carole
