Here is a very interesting response I just had:

<Hi, I eat quite often at Tony Romas and never had a problem with
coldslaw, beans or any of the ribs but one time  got ill when I ordered
the baked potato and mentioned it to a friend of mine that also said she
got sick on the baked potato. So now when she goes there to eat asked
them just to make her a fresh baked potato in the microwave, seems they
rub something on the potato skins before baking them. Dottie You also
need to be careful of the sour cream.>

My comment:  I must say I had the plain baked potato, so it is a mystery
here.
