I want to make a sausage stuffing tomorrow and bought both Bob Evans Sage pork sausage and Jamestown Brand Pork sausage, thinking I could find out if either one was gluten free. After 2 hours I am no closer to an answer. Has anyone contacted them? I did write tonight, but am skeptical of receiving an answer tomorrow. I also bought Shadybrook Farms link turkey sausage as I know it's okay, but it is not what I want to use. My Clan Thompson warned me against Jimmy Dean and I couldn't find Jones, so I really am in a bind!
