My friends who head up the Atlanta Celiacs group have eaten at and liked the
Outback Steakhouse in Roswell since they are accomodative to gluten-free
needs.
Try outback in the Roswell area. Don't know how close that is to where you
are staying, but the Bloomin Onions are wonderful!

All of the major chains that offer GF meals are within 2-blocks of Perimeter
Mall, including Outback, Maggianos, PF Changs, Longhorn Steak, Cheeseburger
In Paradise, Ruth Chris etc, etc, etc

I traveled to Atlanta in March, and put together this list of area
restaurants and links prior to my trip there. Hope it helps.

You might want to make the effort to visit the Outback in Roswell - 655 W
Crossville Rd - 770-998-5630. This is the Outback that is doing the gluten
free bloomin onion as well as coconut fried shrimp and anything else on the
menu as gf. This is a bit further out but worth a visit if you are able to
get there.
There is also a Pizza Fusion in Roswell that has recently opened.

So thanks, Todd, Iris, Robert, Melanie & Carol! These options are certainly
better than stopping at the Trader Joe's in Marietta before my hotel
check-in and then bagging my lunches and suppers. (I'd already been looking
at safe fallback options.)

I was amazed at all the pizza offerings in the Atlanta area, but didn't see
any that were close enough to where I'm staying. Maybe next trip.
