I bought the Gluten Free Kitchen cookbook after checking it out of our local
library twice.  I love it, I think it is much more convenient and practical
than other gluten free recipes.  My son loves the pizza on page 102.  Talk
about easy!  It really makes a nice looking pizza and is so workable.  Be
sure to bake the crust first, before putting toppings on.
