Dyna-Sea makes surimi. The only questionable ingredient was the
distilled alcohol in the flavoring (the owner wasn't sure what to say
about the ingredient since he was being told by his supplier both yes it
is gf and no it is not gf--I told him that the surimi is gf as long as
the alcohol is the only questionable ingredient. He indicated it was the
only questionable ingredient). It is kosher under the Kof-K.
