A celiac and gluten-free diet conference on June 19 will feature Dr Tennyson
from Columbia Celiac Disease Center in NYC;  Shelley Case, RD, dietitian and
author of Gluten-Free Diet; Chef Richard Coppedge from the Culinary
Institute of America and Elizabeth Barbone,  author of Easy Gluten-Free
Baking. The conference is located in the beautiful Adirondacks on St. Regis
Lake at Paul Smith's College. In addition to a great conference program you
can also enjoy taking a guided walking tour or paddle on the lake. What
could be better- education, great food, meeting new friends and enjoying the
wonders of the outdoors!
