Hello everyone, 
I am a silent Celiac who has never had classic irritable bowel type symptoms from gluten since my diagnosis 15 years ago. I was diagnosed due to kidney stones and anemia. 
How long do your gluten-exposure symptoms usually last? I am battling IB type symptoms for going on 2 weeks now, and this is my second time this year having this. I am trying to ascertain if this is a gluten issue, or a virus or some other bug. 
I never cheat on my diet and since this started I have had no gluten, only eating my own food and nothing from outside my own kitchen. Thanks for your help.
