hi

aside from being gluten intolerant i also cannot have refined sugar due
to low blood sugar....if anyone out there has the same problem and has
some recipes to share that are also white/refined sugar free..especially
deserts/cakes...id be very appreciative...i have had some success with
substituting fructose-honey and sucanat...but if you guys have anything
it would be great i will summarize to the list if anyone else is
