Hi there--
I am new to this group, and newly-diagnosed with gluten and milk allergies
(on top of Crohn's disease.) I am hoping to relieve my Crohn's symptoms with
new diet restrictions.

Anyway, this has probably been covered here before, but does anyone have a
foolproof recipe for gluten-free bread in a breadmaker? I tried one of Bette
Hagman's, but it went up and over the pan, and burned all over the elements
in the machine. After cleaning up that mess, I'm a little gunshy about
experimenting! Anyone have luck with this? My pan is supposed to hold up to
a 2lb loaf.

Thanks in advance,
Julie :-)
