I was in NYC visiting my family last week and found a great place in
the west village called Sacred Chow. They make gluten-free brownies and
they are DELICIOUS!!! They also have vegetarian side dishes and entrees,
many of which seem gluten-free (ask the staff). In addition to the
heavenly brownies were some gluten-free cookies but I was too full to
try them.
For all of you New Yorkers and travelers, here is the info:

Sacred Chow
Animal Free Specialty Foods
522 Hudson Street (btwn. 10th and Charles)
(212) 337-0864

Happy eating,
Jessica
