I respectfully request that anyone who submits a recipe requiring a
proprietary gluten-free flour blend either list the exact brand or give a
reference for the development of gf flour blend. I rarely use such blends
and cannot use the brands requiring soy flour; thus, listing the
brand/blend used helps all of us with other allergies and in replicating
the finished product.
