  This is my first email.

 I discovered to be celiac seven months ago. In last August I was in
 Englad end there in a resturant I eat mayo with grain starch more
 of one time without to know it . But after one month my anti-gliadin anti
 corps to be finally negative. But the effects of DH continue.

 How many time is necessary that effects finish?

 Is it possible that ,also to follow a GF diet, anti-gliadin return
 positive becouse accumulated?
