Whenever I'm in the San Jose area my friends like to go to dim sum. I
know there are certain items we can eat but so far I've found only two:
steamed broccoli _without_ the sauce and shrimp in rice noodle.

I've been searching the web for particular recipes and am coming up
empty.

Any help/suggestions on what else is edible at dim sum would be greatly
appreciated.

Oh, and before anyone suggests the translucent wrapper items are gf let
me just say that what little research I've been able to do suggests
that is not always the case.

I'm looking for specifics, not assumption.

Thank you!
