Hi All,
Another list member and I were discussing neurological problems associated
with celiac disease. I would like to conduct a survey, and will report the
results back to the list.

No names or other forms of identification will be associated with the
information that is reported back to the list.

In spite of the diet, have you... celiacs, DH sufferers, or
gluten-sensitive folks
(Please indicate whether you are cd/DH/or gs)
continued to have neurological problems?
(They don't have to be major..... memory deficits, ticks, numbness, etc.)

Have you had an MRI?

Have you been identified as having an attention deficit disorder?

Have you been identified as having a learning disability?

Any abnormalities in coordination?

Unusual vision problems?

Hearing losses?

Abnormalities of gait?

Falling down?

Sudden loss of muscle strength?

Tremors?

Balance problems?

Thanks in advance,
Ron Hoggan
