I was talking on the phone to someone who lives in Wells, Me. and they told me about a good restaurant there where they would pay attention to the celiac diet but I cannot remember the name of it.   We live in Saco, Me.  I would love to hear from anyone if there are any good restaurants in Wells or the vacinity which are aware of gluten.
