Hi all. this week while grocery shopping I came across an ingredient i've
never heard of before: Inulin. The package described it as "dietary fiber
from natural sources" (wood chips? hee, hee). My food ingredients
dictionary doesn't list it; neither does any of my celiac books. Anybody
out there know what it is? (it was listed in yogurt, by the way). Many
thanks, Lynn
