While it isn't a research/clinical article, the Spring '94 issue of "Celiac
News" from the Canadian Celiac Association had an article titled "Celiac
disease: a pediatric and nutritional perspective". It makes references to
growth failure and the like. It was written by two members of the CCA's
advisory board. It may have also appeared in The Canadian Journal of Pediatrics.
