I got two posts regarding dining out gluten free in Cashiers. One of them 
mentioned www.goodhealthpublishing (not helpful in this area) but luckily 
the other reply gave me all I needed. 

Recommeded places were Cornucopia for lunch and The Orchard for dinner. 
Need to still bring dining cards but I never leave home without mine 
anyway! So now I have places for both the meals we are eating out during 
the trip. Thanks listmates!
