Just this last month I copied a recipe for Coconut Bread from the celiac list but neglected to keep the name of the subscriber or the email address. I noticed the recipe indicates this recipe is for high altitude of 5300 ft.

What kind of corrections do I have to make in order to make it at the 900 ft. altitude. What oven degree do I use? Is there a difference in the length of time it takes to bake? Can anyone help me with this?

Thanks in advance!
